Service Learning (SVL)

Building on service experiences in Service Learning classes, immersion trips, or other forms of service-based community immersion, students will create, organize, or assist in a service-related project or program with an approved community agency or the University of Providence. Internship will include written reflections as assigned by faculty supervisor offering the course and must demonstrate consistency with principles of Catholic Social Teaching and the University Mission and Values. Completion of one Service Learning (SL) course required prior to enrollment.
